 Insurance InformationWe encourage our patients to be educated and proactive regarding their healthcare. You may want to contact your insurance company for your own benefits information. If you do not see your insurance provider listed here, please call our office and we will be happy to contact your insurance for you to determine coverage, including deductibles and co-pays. New patients are always welcome and after a thorough pre-admission screening are made aware of their specific insurance coverage and out-of-pocket responsibility. Because we want our patients to be as comfortable and knowledgeable as possible about their rehabilitation, this is all done prior to the onset of treatment. | ||||||
